They have ranged from being nimble and quick to respond to market conditions to bureaucratic and unable to adjust in time. Interestingly, the company’s size did not make this determination but rather it is fueled by the culture that is found within the organization. And mainly that culture is derived from the leaders of the organization. That’s really not rocket science.
